This strategy hinges on proactively managing our online presence to build trust, foster community engagement, and address concerns promptly.

 

1. Respond -Active Listening & Empathetic Engagement

 

Goal: To demonstrate that Siphumeze actively listens to and values feedback from parents and the community.

 

Action Plan:

 Monitor Online Mentions:

Google Alerts: Configure alerts using keywords: "Siphumeze Educare," "Siphumeze Educare Centre," and variations including location

Social Media Monitoring:

Identify relevant platforms: Facebook, local community groups, parenting forums.
